COMMITTEE MEETING CALL for January 11th

I, Russell A. Wright II, Chairman of the County Committee of the
Republican Party for Hanover County, Virginia, do hereby call for a meeting of the Hanover Republican Committee to be held on January 11, 2018 at the Hanover County Administration Building Board Room, 7516 County Complex Road, Hanover, VA 23069 beginning promptly at 7 PM for the purposes of the following agenda and/or any other business as may properly come before the Committee.

NOTICE: A Chickahominy Magisterial District Caucus to elect a new Magisterial District Chairman for Chickahominy will commence immediately following adjournment of the Business Meeting. Only members in good standing of the Hanover Republican Committee residing in the Chickahominy Magisterial District may nominate candidates, be a candidate, and/or take part in the voting. The new Magisterial District Chairman will be elected by a majority of the voting members of the caucus. If no candidate receives a majority of votes in a round of voting, the candidate with the fewest votes will be dropped from voting and subsequent rounds of voting will commence in the same manner until a candidate achieves a majority of votes in a round of voting. In the event of a tie between the two remaining candidates, the contest will be decided by a coin toss.
